Lawn Maintenance
We offer several maintenance services to suit our customer’s needs. Our maintenance package is weekly or bi-weekly visits to your property during the months of March through the end of November and once a month the rest of the year. These visits include mowing of your turf, trimming around obstacles in your yard, edging your driveway and other hard surfaces, and blowing off debris before we leave. During the fall & winter, in addition to mowing your yard, we will mulch the leaves on your turf for no extra charge! If you would like, we can retain your current service schedule or we can design a program to meet your needs.
Landscaping
Sanders Properties is equipped to design, plan, install, and maintain your home or business landscaping. Our experienced team will take your visions and make them a reality.
We also offer add-on services such as shrub pruning, bed weed control, etc. These services can be done as needed throughout the year or you can contact us when you would like them done.
Drainage & Grading
Each new rain can bring issues from standing water to massive washouts. We are well equipped to solve any drainage challenges you may have. We are also equipped to tackle most small to large size grading projects. Our talented equipment operators can determine and establish grade to ensure proper drainage as well as meet specified elevations and slopes.
Forestry Mulching
Have some unwanted vegetation on your property that needs to be cleaned out? Call on us to come and clean up and beautify your property! Forestry mulching is a land clearing method that uses a single machine to cut, grind, and clear vegetation. It opens up a view of the land and creates a healthy habitat for the remaining trees. Also brush clearing will eliminate the habitat for snakes, ticks, chiggers and other pests.
Seawalls
We offer the highest quality seawall construction or repair in the Lake Sinclair area. Our specialized hydraulic hammer allows the posts and vertical boards to be driven to bedrock. With more traffic and bigger boats than ever on the lake, your property calls for a superior seawall. Due to total machine driven posts and boards, your seawall will stand the test of time. This is not a man with a sledgehammer type of wall. The wall will be back filled with #4 gravel before fill dirt to ensure stability and to minimize erosion. Per Ga Power code, stacked rip rap on the lake side and dead man tie backs are set in concrete. Our walls can stand up to the growing abuse that the wake board boats throw at them. Don't build your wall twice, have us come out and build a superior wall the first time.
